Competently manage the internal structure of the organization − the main task of the managing manager. The functioning of the organization is structured communication processes between departments and a clear understanding of employees ' job responsibilities.

This topic does not lose its relevance, because all companies need competent and competent managers who are able to organize the time of employees and always be aware of events that affect the company's activities.

In Russia, personnel management began to form as an independent direction of management only in the early 90s. First of all, this was due to the disintegration of the command and administrative system, the granting of independence to organizations, the development of market relations and entrepreneurship, and, mainly, the realization that people are at the center of economic development. Human resources have become a strategic resource of the organization.

The task of a manager is to be able to navigate in his field of activity and understand the subtleties of influencing employees, as painless as possible for the individual, but with maximum benefit for the entrepreneur and business.

There are a lot of articles, trainings, and guidelines for a successful manager. But only practice can make a novice manager successful.

It is very important to understand the issues related to hiring new employees and know the subtleties that may arise in this process. The manager must anticipate in advance which employee he will hire and which functions, given the nature and personality of the candidate, he will be able to perform, and which ones will be difficult to perform.

The purpose of this work is to consider the scope of the manager's activity, to determine what it is and what competencies the manager should have in the company. Analyze the main mistakes when hiring new employees. Also, to study the ways of influencing (changing) a person, without causing him resentment or resentment (anger).
