The most important condition for the emergence of social existence is, first of all, the existence of communication between individuals who have free will and consciousness. Social life requires a field of action where individual wills collide, where psychic interaction takes place. Social life is possible only where there are individuals who set goals for themselves and face their own kind. Mental life, the individual as a carrier of the psyche, free will, mental interaction, communication, connectedness, mutual dependence; all these are necessary prerequisites for the existence of the social, as necessary as air for life. The social is unthinkable without the psychological, without the individual. After all, every social phenomenon has both an objective social side and a subjective individual side; both are inseparable empirically, but cognitively they must be distinguished.
For the onset of the social, it is necessary, of course, to have communication between individuals. Communication, on the one hand, involves clashing psychics, clashing desires, goals, and interests. Communication, therefore, already contains the psychic interaction of individuals. On the other hand, communication imposes a certain connectedness on the members who enter into communication; communication leads, at least, to this connectedness, leads to a certain kind of conditioning of the actions of one member by the actions of others.
The concept of public relations deserves attention. It expresses the presence of social connection, social conditioning. The social phenomenon is the social relation in the sense that it is the result of relations between individual in their isolated existence and isolation from the whole, i.e. the overall General population of individuals given a closed whole, and in this regard, in one common; it is the result of a shared connection, shared interdependence, it bears the stamp of the whole, it's part of the whole, it is the public attitude in this sense.
The purpose of the control work is to investigate connectivity as an internal factor that ensures the existence of social formations.
