The relevance of this work is that the theoretical provisions on effective enterprise management will be applied to the analysis of the activities of a particular organization.
The purpose of this course work is to study the selected control object. The object of research of this course work is a catering company Restaurant of Italian cuisine Il Patio.
In this paper, the company is considered from the point of view of system analysis, an analysis of the internal and external environment is presented, and its organizational structure is described.
